AZ Finance Group is, both figuratively and literally, the next generation financial services consulting firm.

Rick Oglesby launched AZ Payments Group in April of 2014. It went on to great success as a leader in embedded payments, working with SaaS platforms, investors and processors to assess, develop, and implement embedded payment solutions.

In 2021, Rick was invited by a client to work full-time leading the development of an embedded banking platform. For 2 ½ years, he worked with SaaS platforms, technologists, bankers, banking platform vendors, payment solutions providers, payroll providers, accounts receivable and accounts payable platforms, lenders and more to devise, understand, and design the best possible embedded solutions across a wealth of financial services.

In the summer of 2024, Rick returned to AZ Payments Group with a mission: Re-launch the company as AZ Finance Group, providing updated services across a much wider set of products, enabling the future of embedded finance. Embedded payments has become table stakes, embedded finance encompasses the next generation of embedded financial services.
